## Biography

Lucia Haynes is a British television writer. A former journalist, she has written episodes for several crime drama series, including *Vera* (2011), *Annika* (2021) and *The Marlow Murder Club* (2024).

She has also contributed scripts to medical dramas such as *Holby City* (1999) and *Casualty*, as well as children's programmes including *JoJo & Gran Gran* and *Princess Mirror-Belle*. Haynes took part in the BBC TV Drama Writers’ Programme and has written for BBC Radio 4.
