Lucy O'Connell is an Irish voice actress. She was born on 11 July 2007 in Kilkenny, County Kilkenny.

O'Connell provided the voice of Saoirse in the animated film *Song of the Sea* (2014). She later voiced Angela in *Angela's Christmas* (2017) and *Angela's Christmas Wish* (2020), and Child Emily in the short *Late Afternoon* (2019).
