Luigi Rossi (1915–2004) was an Italian actor. Born in Sulmona, Abruzzo, he appeared in films from the silent era, including *Redenzione* (1919) and *Emir, cavallo da circo* (1917).

His later credits include the role of the Lawyer in Federico Fellini's *Amarcord* (1973), the Superdecorated Man in *Ginger and Fred* (1986) and a part in *'o Re* (1989). He also appeared in *The Scorpion with Two Tails* (1982) and several television productions.
