## Biography

Luís Henríquez is a Chilean survivor of the Chacabuco concentration camp, where he was held from November 1973 to October 1974 during the Pinochet dictatorship. In the 2010 documentary *Nostalgia for the Light*, directed by Patricio Guzmán, he appears as himself and is referred to as the 'transmitter of history' for recounting how a group of around twenty prisoners secretly studied astronomy and constellations while imprisoned.

Henríquez has also appeared as himself in the 2022 television mini-series *Los Sobrevivientes, Colonia Dignidad*.
