Luke Franks is a British actor and television presenter. He is credited as Raptor in the Sky series *I Hate Suzie* (2020).

His presenting work includes the CBBC series *Scrambled!* (2014–2017), in which he appeared as himself across numerous episodes, and *Pet School* (2013). He has also hosted *Confetti* (2018) and appeared in the podcast series *Doctor Who: The Comic Strip Adaptations* (2019) as the voice of Adolphus Caesar.
