Luo Pan (also credited as Pan Luo or 罗攀) is a Chinese cinematographer. He graduated from the Beijing Film Academy with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in cinematography.

His credits include *Mr. Six* (2015), *I Am Not Madame Bovary* (2016), *Youth* (2017), *The Sacrifice* (2020) and *The Battle at Lake Changjin* (2021). He is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers and the Chinese Society of Cinematographers.
