Lurene Tuttle was an American actress. She began her career in vaudeville and radio before moving into film and television.

Her film credits include Mrs. Chambers in *Psycho* (1960), as well as roles in *Heaven Only Knows* (1947), *Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House* (1948), *Don't Bother to Knock* (1952), *Niagara* (1953) and *Sweet Smell of Success* (1957). She also appeared in *Ma Barker's Killer Brood* (1960) and *Testament* (1983).

On television, Tuttle had over 100 appearances between 1950 and 1986, including in *The Twilight Zone* (1959), *I Love Lucy* (1951), *The Munsters* (1964), *I Dream of Jeannie* (1965), *Little House on the Prairie* (1974) and *Murder, She Wrote* (1984).
