Lycia Naff is an American actress, dancer and journalist. Born on 29 August 1962 in Las Vegas, Nevada, she began her career as a dancer in the television series *Fame* (1982) before taking acting roles.

Her film credits include Dixie in *Lethal Weapon* (1987) and Mary in *Total Recall* (1990). She played Ensign Sonya Gomez in two episodes of *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1989) and later voiced Captain Sonya Gomez in *Star Trek: Lower Decks* (2021).

Naff received a Daytime Emmy nomination for her performance in the television film *The Perfect Date* (1990).
