Lydia Koniordou is a Greek actress. She was born in Athens and studied English philology at the University of Athens before graduating from the Drama School of the National Theatre in 1977. Her stage career has centred on classical theatre, particularly ancient Greek tragedies, with roles including Antigone and appearances in productions by the National Theatre and the Karolos Koun Art Theatre. She has also directed tragedies and taught ancient Greek drama at institutions in Greece and abroad.

On screen she has appeared in the television series *The Land of the Olive Tree* (2021–2025) and the film *Maria* (2024), in which she played Litsa Callas. Earlier credits include the television film *Les Troyens* (2003) and the series *To fantasma* (1990). She represented Greece in volleyball as a national team member and multiple-time champion before her acting career.
