Lyle Boyer (1905–1985) was an American film and television editor. Born in Dixon, Illinois, he worked as an editor from the mid-1940s onwards.

His feature-film credits include *Isle of the Dead* (1945), *Bedlam* (1946) and *The Woman on the Beach* (1947). In television he edited episodes of series such as *The Twilight Zone* (1959), *The Rifleman* (1959–1963), *Burke's Law* (1963–1965) and *Honey West* (1965–1966).

Boyer died in San Bernardino, California.
