Lyndall Hobbs is an Australian film and television director and producer. Born in Melbourne in 1952, she began her career in the United Kingdom, directing the short documentary *Steppin' Out* (1979) and the short film *Dead on Time* (1983) starring Rowan Atkinson.

She moved to the United States and directed the feature film *Back to the Beach* (1987). Hobbs also directed episodes of the television series *Parker Lewis Can't Lose* (1990) and *The Wonder Years* (1991). She has since worked as an interior designer in Los Angeles.
