## Biography

Lynn Mamet is an American theatre director, playwright, screenwriter and television producer. She is the sister of playwright and screenwriter David Mamet. She wrote episodes of the series *Law & Order* (1990), including 'Merger' (1999), 'Mother's Milk' (2000) and 'Mega' (2000), and contributed teleplays such as 'Panic' (2000). She also served as producer and supervising producer on the series from 1999 to 2002.

Mamet wrote and produced episodes of *The Unit* (2006), including teleplays and stories across multiple seasons from 2006 to 2009. Her other credits include the teleplay for the television film *Killer Instinct: From the Files of Agent Candice DeLong* (2003) and writing for *Law & Order: UK* (2009). She has written and directed stage plays including *The Job*, *The Divorce* and *The Walking Wounded*.
