M.A.C. Adams was a British film editor whose television credits include work on the BBC science fiction series *Doctor Who* (1963) and *Blake's 7* (1978).

Adams served as film editor on several *Doctor Who* stories, among them *Planet of Evil* (1975), *Pyramids of Mars* (1975), *The Seeds of Doom* (1976), *The Creature from the Pit* (1979), *The Five Doctors* (1983), *The Awakening* (1984) and *Attack of the Cybermen* (1985). Additional credits include episodes of *Blake's 7*, *Secret Army* (1977–1978), *Rentaghost* (1976–1977) and *The Chinese Detective* (1982).

Adams died in 2022.
