Maggie Bandur is an American television writer and producer. She was born on 8 February 1974 in Los Angeles, California. She attended El Camino Real High School in Los Angeles and competed in the 1992 United States Academic Decathlon. Bandur graduated from Northwestern University in 1996 with a degree in Radio, Television and Film, and represented the university in the 1994 Jeopardy! College Championship.

Bandur began her career writing for Malcolm in the Middle (2000), serving in roles including story editor and producer. She has written episodes for series including My Boys, Clone (BBC Three), The Michael J. Fox Show (2013), Galavant (2015), Deadly Class (2019) and Helstrom (2020).
