Małgorzata Fudala is a Polish costume designer. She worked as costume designer on the feature film *A Real Pain* (2024), directed by Jesse Eisenberg.

Fudala has also designed costumes for *The Girl with the Needle* (2024), directed by Magnus von Horn, and *Sweat* (2020), also directed by von Horn. For *The Girl with the Needle* she received the Best Costume Design award at the Polish Film Awards and the Robert Awards.
