Mahesh Jadu is an Australian actor and composer. He was born on 26 October 1982 in Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria, and raised in Perth, Western Australia. Of Indo-Mauritian heritage, he began his career as a composer for the Australian television series *Byte Me* before transitioning to acting.

Jadu is known for his role as Dr Doug Harris in the soap opera *Neighbours* (2010–2011) and as Ahmad in the Netflix series *Marco Polo* (2014–2016). He portrayed Vilgefortz of Roggeveen in *The Witcher* (2019–) and appeared in films including *The Lovers* (2013), *I, Frankenstein* (2014), *Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales* (2017) and *The Furnace* (2020). He has also worked as a producer through his company Ākaasha Media.
