## Biography

Mahesh Pailoor is an Indian-American director and writer based in Los Angeles. He has directed five episodes of the series *The Blacklist* (2020–2023) and one episode of *S.W.A.T.* (2023).

He studied film at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and earned an MFA in directing from the American Film Institute as a Directing Fellow. His feature debut *Brahmin Bulls* (2013) starred Sendhil Ramamurthy, Roshan Seth and Mary Steenburgen. His second feature, *Paper Flowers*, was released in 2024. He is an alumnus of the Disney/ABC Directing Program and the NBC Emerging Director Program.
