Makoto Kobori (1885–1957) was a Japanese actor. He was born in Tokyo and appeared in numerous Japanese films from the 1940s to the mid-1950s, primarily in supporting roles.

He is known for his performance as Kiichi Watanabe, Kanji's brother, in Akira Kurosawa's *Ikiru* (1952). Other credits include *Furisode kyôjo* (1952), in which he played Ieyasu Tokugawa, and *Surônin makaritôru* (1947).
