Malcolm Jameson was an American science fiction writer. A retired US Navy officer, he began publishing stories in the late 1930s and contributed more than seventy-five pieces to pulp magazines during the Golden Age of science fiction, including work in *Astounding Science Fiction* and *Unknown*.

His novella 'Blind Alley', first published in *Unknown* in 1943, provided the basis for the *Twilight Zone* episode 'Of Late I Think of Cliffordville', which aired in 1963. Jameson died in 1945; several of his stories, including the fix-up novel *Bullard of the Space Patrol*, appeared in book form after his death.
