Mamie Gummer is an American actress. She was born Mary Willa Gummer on 3 August 1983 in New York City and is the daughter of actress Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer. She also used the credit Natalie Stern as a child.

Gummer graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in theatre and communications in 2005. Her early screen work includes a role in the 1986 film *Heartburn*. She made her off-Broadway debut in *Mr. Marmalade* and received a Theatre World Award.

She is known for her role as Kayla in *Side Effects* (2013), as well as appearances in *The Good Wife* (2009–2015) as Nancy Crozier, the series *Emily Owens, M.D.* (2012–2013), *Ricki and the Flash* (2015), *True Detective* (2014) and *The Ward* (2010).
