Manuel Seff (1895–1969) was an American screenwriter and playwright. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he worked primarily in Hollywood from the early 1930s to the late 1940s, contributing screenplays and stories to numerous films.

His credits include the screenplay for the Warner Bros. musical *Footlight Parade* (1933), co-written with James Seymour, and the screenplay for *Gold Diggers of 1935* (1935). He also wrote the play *Blessed Event*, which premiered on Broadway in 1932.
