Manuela Stehr is a German film producer. Born on 10 March 1957 in Berlin, she studied law with a focus on media law and passed her second state examination in 1983. She began working as a producer and founded Fuzzy Filmproduktion in Berlin in 1985.

From 1992 she held senior roles at the Filmstiftung Nordrhein-Westfalen, including head of production funding. In 2000 she became managing director at X-Filme Creative Pool and a board member of the newly founded X Verleih AG. She has produced or co-produced films including *Heaven* (2002), *Good Bye, Lenin!* (2003), *Love in Thoughts* (2004), *Go for Zucker* (2004), *The Red Cockatoo* (2006) and *Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan* (2007). She served as president of the Spitzenorganisation der Filmwirtschaft from 2012 to 2015 and is married to producer Stefan Arndt.
