Marc Halsey is a television writer and producer. His early writing credits include staff writer and writer on the series *Brothers & Sisters* (2010–2011). He subsequently wrote episodes of *The Client List* (2012), *The Carrie Diaries* (2013), *Star-Crossed* (2014), *Dominion* (2015), *Rosewood* (2016–2017), *Blood Drive* (2017), *Good Girls* (2018), *The Resident* (2018–2022) and *Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan* (2022).

Halsey has also held producing positions on many of these series, advancing to co-executive producer and executive producer roles. On *High Potential* (2024–), he is credited as writer, story writer and teleplay writer on multiple episodes, as well as co-executive producer and executive producer.
