## Biography

Marcell Rév is a Hungarian cinematographer. He was born on 30 December 1984 in Budapest and studied cinematography at the University of Theatre and Film Arts in Budapest.

He is known for his work with directors Kornél Mundruczó on the films *White God* (2014) and *Jupiter's Moon* (2017), and with Sam Levinson on the HBO series *Euphoria* (2019–) and *The Idol* (2023), and the films *Assassination Nation* (2018) and *Malcolm & Marie* (2021). Other credits include *Paterno* (2018) and *Fingernails* (2023). In 2022 he won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Cinematography for a Series (One Hour) for an episode of *Euphoria*. He has been a member of the American Society of Cinematographers since December 2022.
