## Biography

Marco Spoletini is an Italian film editor born in Rome. He trained at the Istituto di Stato per la Cinematografia Roberto Rossellini and later at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia under Roberto Perpignani.

He has edited numerous films, including *Gomorrah* (2008), *Reality* (2012), *Tale of Tales* (2015), *Dogman* (2018), *Pinocchio* (2019) and *Io Capitano* (2023), many in collaboration with director Matteo Garrone. Spoletini has received multiple David di Donatello awards for best editing, including for *Gomorrah*, *Dogman* and *Io Capitano*.
