Marcus Knox Hooke is a British actor and community liaison consultant. He is best known for appearing as himself in the 2015 documentary *The Hard Stop*, which follows the lives of two childhood friends of Mark Duggan in the aftermath of Duggan's death and the 2011 London riots.

He also appeared as himself in the 2021 television programme *The Riots 2011: One Week in August* and worked as community liaison consultant on the 2016 television film *Lawful Killing: Mark Duggan*.
