## Biography

Marcy Jarreau is an American actor and writer. She began performing improv as a teenager in Louisiana before moving to New York in 2005, where she studied long-form improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade and Magnet theaters. She later relocated to Los Angeles in 2011 and has performed on several UCB Harold teams.

Jarreau is known for her work on the television series *Brooklyn Nine-Nine* (2013), where she served as a staff writer, story editor and executive story editor across 36 episodes from 2019 to 2021, and wrote two episodes. She also appeared as Jarcy Marreau in one episode. Her acting credits include the role of Barb in the film *The Lost City* (2022) and Focus Group Woman #1 in *The Last Word* (2017). She has appeared in other comedy series and performs improv and podcasting.
