Margaret Clancey (born Margaret Virginia Lysight) was an American film editor and actress. She began her career in acting in the mid-1910s before transitioning to editing, working primarily at Fox Film Corporation from 1927 to 1935 and then at United Artists until 1938. She edited approximately thirty Hollywood films across the late silent and early sound eras.

Her credits include *Bad Girl* (1931) and *East Lynne* (1931). She is also noted for her work on *Cavalcade* (1933), *History Is Made at Night* (1937) and *The Adventures of Tom Sawyer* (1938). Clancey was married to photographer James Clancey.
