Margaret Courtenay (14 November 1923 – 15 February 1996) was a British actress. Born in Cardiff, Wales, she trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and began her career in theatre, appearing in productions by Shakespeare, Shaw, Coward and Sondheim. She was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and performed extensively in the West End.

Her screen work, which began in 1955 and was largely in television, included the role of Mrs. Bantry in the 1980 film *The Mirror Crack'd*. Other credits encompass Lady Chalmers in *Oh! Heavenly Dog* (1980), Miss Hardacre in the 1977 series *Mind Your Language*, and Miss Knight in the 1992 television film *Miss Marple: The Mirror Crack'd from Side to Side*. She was married to Ivan Pinfield from 1947 to 1968 and had one son.
