Margaret Rose Lester is a television writer and producer. Her credits include writing and producing episodes of *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (1999) and *NCIS* (2003), as well as writing on *Manifest* (2018). She has also contributed to series such as *Reverie* (2018), *Tommy* (2020) and *Snowfall* (2017).

Lester was born and raised in Toronto. She attended Northwestern University and graduated from the UCLA Professional Program in screenwriting. She previously worked as a journalist.
