## Biography

Margareta Lagerqvist is a Swedish film and television editor. Born in 1972 in Ångermanland, she trained at Nordens Folkhögskola Biskops-Arnö (1992–1994) and the film editing programme at Stockholms dramatiska högskola (2001–2004).

She is known for her work on the series *The Bridge* (2011) and *Wallander* (2005–2006). Other credits include episodes of *Quicksand* (2019), for which she shared the Edit-priset for best edited TV series with Thomas Lagerman, *Rig 45* (2018–2020), *Thunder in My Heart* (2023) and the films *Storm* (2022) and *Så länge hjärtat slår* (2024).
