María Elena Sáinz de Rozas is a Spanish film editor. She edited Alejandro Amenábar’s *Thesis* (1996) and *Open Your Eyes* (1997), winning the Goya Award for Best Editing for the former and receiving a nomination for the latter.

Her other feature credits include *The Red Squirrel* (1993), *Cows* (1992) and *¡Sufre, mamón!* (1987). She has also edited television series such as *Ana y los 7* (2002–2005) and worked as an associate producer on *Thesis*.
