María Isabel Díaz Lago is a Cuban actress. She trained at the Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana and made her film debut in *Una novia para David* (1985).

She moved to Spain in 1996 and has worked with directors including Pedro Almodóvar. She played Regina in his 2006 film *Volver*.
