Pitillo appeared in supporting roles in films including Chaplin (1992) as Mary Pickford, True Romance (1993) as Kandi, and Natural Born Killers (1994) as Deborah. She played Audrey Timmonds in Godzilla (1998) and had a recurring role in the television series Providence.
