She trained at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography, graduating in 1943 from the workshop of G. L. Roshal, and worked at Soyuzdetfilm from 1940. She was also an actress at the Theatre-Studio of Film Actors from 1945 to 1991, with a period in the troupe of the Drama Theatre of Soviet troops in Germany between 1949 and 1952. Vinogradova was known for numerous episodic roles in Soviet cinema, often portraying housekeepers, village women and elderly characters. She voiced many animated films, including the hedgehog in *Hedgehog in the Fog* (1975) and Uncle Fyodor in the Prostokvashino series (1978–1984). Notable live-action credits include the village elder’s wife in *The Ascent* (1977) and roles in *Office Romance* (1977) and *The Garage* (1979).
