Mark A. Hester is a film editor and member of the editorial department who has worked primarily in animation. He began his career as an assistant director on Disney features including *The Fox and the Hound* (1981) and *The Great Mouse Detective* (1986).

Hester received editor credits on *Oliver & Company* (1988) and *The Little Mermaid* (1989). He has since served as associate editor or editor on numerous animated features, among them *Pocahontas* (1995), *Dinosaur* (2000), the *Madagascar* films (2005–2008), the *How to Train Your Dragon* series (2010–2019), *Kung Fu Panda* sequels, *The Boss Baby: Family Business* (2021), *The Wild Robot* (2024) and *Kung Fu Panda 4* (2024).
