Mark Driscoll (born 3 February 1959) is an American television writer and producer. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he attended Boston Latin School and Phillips Exeter Academy before graduating from Harvard University in 1982, where he was a member of the Harvard Lampoon.

He began writing for television in the 1990s, contributing to series including *Married... with Children* (1994) and *Ellen* (1994–1997). He shared a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for the *Ellen* episode "The Puppy Episode". His later credits include *According to Jim*, *90210*, *UnREAL* and *Grey's Anatomy*, on which he has written 15 episodes since 2014 and served as a producer.
