Mark Fish is an American television writer, producer and actor. He began his writing career with a guest episode on *The Inside* (2005) and served as a staff writer on *The O.C.* (2006–2007), contributing 17 episodes.

Fish worked as a story editor and writer on *Damages* (2007–2010), writing or editing 13 episodes across the first three seasons and receiving a co-producer credit in 2010. He later wrote episodes for *Scandal* (2012–2018), *Revenge* (2012) and other series, and held producing roles including executive producer on *Scandal*. He trained at Harvard University and has appeared in small acting roles on several television shows.
