Mark Hellinger (1903–1947) was an American journalist, theatre columnist and film producer. Born in New York City, he began his career as a reporter and Broadway columnist for newspapers including the New York Daily News and New York Daily Mirror before moving to Hollywood in the late 1930s.

He worked first as a writer and associate producer at Warner Bros., contributing to films such as *The Roaring Twenties* (1939) and *High Sierra* (1941). Hellinger later became an independent producer at Universal, where his credits included *The Killers* (1946), *Brute Force* (1947) and *The Naked City* (1948). He received an Edgar Award for *The Killers*.
