Mark Horowitz is an American television producer and director. He has held producing roles on *JAG* (1995) from 1997 to 2003, including as co-executive producer, supervising producer and producer, and on *NCIS* (2003) from 2003 to 2023, including as co-executive producer and executive producer across 454 episodes.

Horowitz has also directed episodes of *NCIS* (eight episodes, 2010–2020) and *JAG* (five episodes, 1999–2002). Earlier credits include producing on *Doogie Howser, M.D.* (1989–1993) and *Spenser: For Hire* (1985–1988), and he has directed episodes of other series such as *Northern Exposure* and *The Byrds of Paradise*.
