Mark L. Rosen (1947–2012) was an American film producer. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he began his career in Los Angeles as a theatrical film buyer for Mann Theaters before taking executive roles with companies including American International Pictures, Cannon Films and others.

He produced or co-produced a range of feature films, including *Alligator* (1980), *Hell Night* (1981), *The Sword and the Sorcerer* (1982), *Chained Heat* (1983) and *Spice World* (1997). Rosen was also involved in documentaries and music-related projects, notably serving as producer on *The Wall That Heals* (1997). He died in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
