## Biography

Mark Semos is an American writer, producer, stunt performer and former Navy SEAL. Born Mark Harrington Semos on 6 October 1978 in Alexandria, Virginia, he served in the US Navy from 2001 to 2009.

After leaving the military he worked as a technical advisor on films including *Lone Survivor* (2013) and as a stunt performer on *Jurassic World* (2015) and *Westworld* (2016–). He joined the production of *SEAL Team* (2017–2024) as a consulting producer and later became a writer and co-executive producer on the series; he also wrote episodes of *Marshals* (2026).
