## Biography

Mark Sexton is an Australian production designer, storyboard artist and comics creator. He began working as a storyboard artist in Sydney in the mid-1990s and has contributed to numerous feature films, including *Dark City* (1998), *Mission: Impossible II* (2000), *Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones* (2002) and *Australia* (2008).

Sexton served as production designer on the animated feature *Happy Feet* (2006), directed by George Miller, for which he also acted as lead storyboard artist. He has maintained a long association with Miller, contributing storyboards to projects including *Mad Max: Fury Road* (2015). He is also known for storyboard work on *Black Panther* (2018), *Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga* (2024) and *Thunderbolts** (2025), and has drawn comics for 2000 AD.
