Mark Williams is an American film director, writer and producer. He is the co-creator, with Bill Dubuque, of the Netflix series *Ozark* (2017–2022), on which he also served as executive producer and contributed story credits.

Williams has produced numerous films, including *The Accountant* (2016), *The Marksman* (2021), *Copshop* (2021) and *The Accountant 2* (2025). He has written and directed *Honest Thief* (2020) and *Blacklight* (2022). He was nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on *Ozark*.
