Marque Franklin-Williams is a television writer and producer, also credited as Marque Franklin Williams. He wrote the episode "A Most Uncomfortable Woman" of the series *Outlander* (2023). His other writing credits include episodes of *Warehouse 13* (2013), *Just Add Magic* (2017–2019) and *Leverage: Redemption* (2021), on which he also served as executive story editor.

He has contributed story work to *The Legend of Vox Machina* (2024) and a teleplay to *The Mighty Nein* (2025). He has produced episodes of series including *Outlander* and *The Mighty Nein*.
