Martin Elfand is an American film producer. Born in Los Angeles in 1937, he began his career as a talent agent at Creative Management Associates, where he represented actors including Al Pacino and Candice Bergen.

Elfand moved into production, working with Martin Bregman on projects such as *Serpico*. He produced *Kansas City Bomber* (1972) before co-producing *Dog Day Afternoon* (1975) with Bregman, a film that received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. He later served briefly as head of motion picture production at Warner Bros.

His subsequent credits include *It's My Turn* (1980), *An Officer and a Gentleman* (1982), *King David* (1985), *Clara's Heart* (1988), *Her Alibi* (1989, as executive producer) and *Talent for the Game* (1991).
