Martin Shardlow is a British television director and producer. He was born in 1942 in Derbyshire, England.

He directed all six episodes of the first series of *Only Fools and Horses* (1981) and all six episodes of the first series of *Blackadder* (1983). He also directed seven episodes and produced the final series of *Are You Being Served?* (1985). His other credits include directing episodes of *Alas Smith & Jones*, *Terry & June* and *The Upper Hand*.
