## Biography

Mary Maddox is a British actress. She voiced Clover in the animated film *Watership Down* (1978).

Her television credits include Ms Fossington-Gore in *The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13¾* (1985) and *The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole* (1987). She has also appeared in series such as *The Bill* (as Mrs Blaney), *Minder* and *A Year in Provence*, and in the television film *The House of Bernarda Alba* (1991). Earlier film roles include *Crystal Gazing* (1982).
