Masahiro Yokotani (横谷 昌宏, Yokotani Masahiro) is a Japanese screenwriter born on 8 August 1964 in Osaka Prefecture.

He has written for numerous anime television series and films. His credits include the screenplays for the films *Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack* (2001) and *Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S.* (2003). He has contributed to series such as *Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-* (2016), *Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai* (2018), *Toradora!* (2008) and *The Devil Is a Part-Timer!* (2013), often as writer or series composer.
