## Biography

Masami Nagasawa (長澤 まさみ) is a Japanese actress. She began her career after winning the Grand Prix at the 2000 Toho Cinderella Audition and made her film debut that year in *Pyrokinesis*.

She gained early recognition for her role in *Crying Out Love in the Center of the World* (2004) and has since appeared in numerous films and voice roles, including Miki Okudera in *Your Name.* (2016), Umi Matsuzaki in *From Up on Poppy Hill* (2011), Hiroko Asami in *Shin Ultraman* (2022) and Sasori Augment-01 in *Shin Kamen Rider* (2023). Her credits include Anna Kobayashi in *Detective Chinatown 3* (2021) and Aoyama in *Godzilla Minus Zero* (2026). She has received five Japan Academy Film Prizes and four Blue Ribbon Awards.
